 4DCSW (Regenerative control circuit abnormality)Alarm occurs when short time regeneration discharge energy is too high.
 5DCOH (Excessive regenerative discharge alarm)Alarm occurs when average regenerative discharge energy is too high.
 6OH (Servo amplifier overheat)Alarm occurs when thermostat in amplifier operate.
 7MCC (Magnetic contractor welding alarm)Alarm occurs when magnetic contactor contact welds.
 8HCL (Overcurrent alarm)Alarm occurs when abnormally high current flows in main circuit of 1-axis amplifier or in main circuit of L axis of 2-axis amplifier.
9HCM (Overcurrent alarm)Alarm occurs when abnormally high current flows in main circuity of M axis of 2-axis amplifier.
bHCLM (Overcurrent alarm)Alarm occurs when abnormally high current flows in main cirucits of L and M axes of 2 axis amplifier.
